Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content and Content Generation

SnapMuse is designed strictly for creative video script ideation and public metadata management. You are explicitly prohibited from using SnapMuse to generate, upload, process, promote, or distribute any of the following:

• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) and Sexually Explicit Content: Any sexually suggestive, nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented material or script prompts.
• Violence and Harm: Content that depicts, encourages, or promotes extreme violence, self-harm, suicide, weapons, terrorism, or dangerous illegal activities.
• Hate Speech and Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, harassment, bullying, or defamation against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
• Infringing and Deceptive Content: Material that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights, or content intended to deceive, impersonate others, or spread fraudulent misinformation.
• Illegal Acts: Any content or activities that violate applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Platform and System Abuse

When accessing or using SnapMuse, you must not:

• Attempt to download, extract, capture, stream, host, or redistribute copyrighted video or audio media files from third-party social media platforms.
• Circumvent, bypass, or tamper with credit quotas, rate limits, paywalls, authentication layers, or security features.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts against SnapMuse systems or APIs in bulk without express written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying source code or model prompts from SnapMuse.

3. Enforcement and Account Termination

We actively monitor service integrity and reserve the right to audit activities that violate this AUP. If we determine that a user has violated this policy:

• We may issue a formal warning or immediately suspend access to AI generation capabilities.
• We reserve the right to terminate the account without refund for repeated or severe violations.
• We may report illegal activities or unlawful content generation to law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
